​TUESDAY, JULY 2

Families, incoming or returning students arriving from abroad must arrive to the United States by July 28 to quarantine themselves for two weeks before International Orientation. This is in compliance with current CDC guidelines.

WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 5

Please notify Jeanna Evans at zola_evans@taylor.edu by Wednesday August 5, 2020. You will need to communicate your arrival, departure date and time from Crackle Barrel, if you are staying in a local hotel site, and number of people travelling with you. A schedule that has information about your driver, host, vehicle, and driver's number will be provided so you will know who and when you will be picked up.

TUESDAY, AUGUST 11 - THURSDAY, AUGUST 13 

International Orientation! 

Tuesday at 12 pm: Move in to your residence hall. Please make sure to arrive on Taylor’s campus on or after August 11, 2020, 12pm as you will not have access to your residence hall should you arrive earlier than International Orientation.

August 11 – 13: A special time for activities and a space for transition. Meals for students and their families are included in the registration fee.

SATURDAY, AUGUST 15 AT 8 AM 

You are welcome to attend our class of 2020 graduation ceremony.

SUNDAY, AUGUST 16 - TUESDAY, AUGUST 18

Welcome Weekend! 

Please note that for parents and families attending both International Orientation and Welcome Weekend, IO fees do not cover Welcome Weekend meals (August 16th-18th) or the gap between IO and Welcome Weekend (August 14th-15th).
